Connecting to VPN

Windows 10/11:

1. Click the Network icon in system tray
2. Click VPN
3. Select your city's VPN connection
4. Click Connect
5. Enter your network username and password

macOS:

1. Apple menu → System Settings → Network
2. Select your VPN connection
3. Click Connect

Troubleshooting:

• Can't connect? Check your internet connection first
• Wrong password? Use your network password, not email password
• Connection drops? Disconnect and reconnect
