Red Flags:
- Sense of urgency: "Account will be suspended!"
- Suspicious sender: Email doesn't match organization
- Generic greetings: "Dear Customer"
- Spelling errors
- Suspicious links: Hover to see real URL
- Unexpected attachments: Especially .zip, .exe files
- Requests for passwords
What to Do:
- DO NOT click any links
- DO NOT download attachments
- Report it: Forward to IT
- Delete the email
